This strap is designed to create a loop around vehicles or vehicle parts for transportation. No hooks are included with this tie-down. Instead, the strap is fed into the medium-length wide handle ratchet buckle. The 2-in. heavy-duty yellow polyester webbing is then tensioned to create a solid loop that can then be used to establish a solid and reliable connection that supports the rest of the tie-down job.
