FinditParts understands that "stuff happens", so we have put together the best return policy in the market. The highlights are:

How do I initiate a return to FinditParts?

All returns must be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) in advance - obtained by clicking here or by emailing support@finditparts.com. You will receive an RGA, along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions - to speed the return. Simply affix the return label to the package and drop it at specified carrier – we will handle the rest!

What is a Return Authorization number?

A Return Goods Authorization is a tracking number assigned specifically to your return and is used for internal tracking purposes. At FinditParts, our RGA number looks like this – R123456789.

How do you calculate my credit?

FinditParts will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:

  1. The original outbound freight charge cost incurred by FinditParts (if FinditParts paid the freight on the initial order)
  2. The cost of the prepaid return label that we send to you along with the RGA
  3. No other hidden fees or charges
  4. The total of these credit deductions will NEVER exceed 20% of the price of the returned part
  5. Note: Customer paid freight / handling charges are not refundable

What if I repurchase the correct part?

If you purchase the correct part at the time of the return, FinditParts will eliminate all deductions and credit you the full amount of the price paid for the original part. If you paid the freight on the original order – we will credit the freight and handling charges as well!

What if the error was made by FinditParts (e.g. wrong part delivered etc.)?

If the error was made by FinditParts or our supplier / partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge.

Are there limitations on items that can be returned?

Special order items are non-returnable, but all other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their part. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in salable condition and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.

How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?

Your refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of the date that you ship the return if you utilize the return label we provide – the fastest credits in the industry! Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once processed. Your credit will be issued against the original purchase method (e.g. credit card, PayPal account, etc.) which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.

Can International order be returned?

Yes, international orders may be returned. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and all international orders must be received within 30 days of the customer receiving the package. There are no restocking fees.
