Shipping and Order Fulfillment

  • FinditParts does not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
  • All shipping and delivery timelines displayed on the website refer to business days only. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.
  • Orders typically ship the same day if placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time.
  • Important: When a delivery is made, it is essential to inspect the product for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Follow these best practices to ensure a smooth process in case of a damaged item:
    • Inspect Thoroughly: Check all sides of the package and product for any signs of damage, including dents, tears, or cracks.
    • Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles. Be sure to include photos of both the packaging and the product itself.
    • Notify the Carrier: If damage is evident, immediately note it on the delivery receipt. This documentation is crucial for our records.
    • Supply Evidence to FinditParts: Send the photos and a detailed description of the damage to FinditParts as soon as possible. This will help us expedite any claims or assistance you may need.
  • Do not sign a delivery notice without inspecting the product for damage. Upon delivery, the carrier may require assistance to unload the product (dock doors, forklift, etc.). If there are any additional charges from the carrier for these services, the customer is fully responsible to accept/pay the charges or you may refuse the shipment.

Shipping Methods and Expected Delivery Time

The following delivery times apply once the order has been processed, has been received by the warehouse fulfilling the order, and the shipping label has been created.

  • Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Second Day Air: 2 business days
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Orders totaling less than $499 (not including tax): Variable Shipping Rates paid by the customer, based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and package dimensions/weights.
  • Orders totaling $499 or greater of parts shown as "eligible for free shipping" (not including tax): Free ground shipping. Variable rates apply for alternative shipping methods.
  • Items that are oversized or overweight are subject to additional shipping rates and do not qualify for free shipping.

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free shipping is available for orders that contain at least $499 (not including tax) of parts identified as "eligible for free shipping." Some select products are marked as eligible for Free Shipping without a minimum purchase requirement.
  • Parts must be shipping domestically within the contiguous 48 states, to a single address.
  • Freight (LTL) orders are ineligible unless otherwise specified.
  • Free shipping does not apply to products considered oversized (OS) by UPS (examples of products excluded from free shipping are Brake Drums, Bumpers, Body Panels, Hoods, Fuel Tanks, etc.).
  • If an order qualifies for Free Shipping but also contains one or more ineligible items, variable shipping fees will apply to those ineligible items only.
  • Any single item that is in excess of 40 lbs. or a total package order in excess of 150 lbs. is excluded from free shipping offers. These item(s) will be shipped via LTL Freight and/or may include shipping surcharges per UPS published rates.

International Parcel Order Shipping Policy

  • All international parcel orders are routed through our Ohio warehouse before final shipment. Once an order arrives in Ohio, it is prepared for international delivery and dispatched within one business day.
  • International freight (LTL) orders are delivered only to our Ohio warehouse. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup from that location, and FinditParts does not coordinate international freight transport beyond delivery to the Ohio warehouse.
  • The following shipping methods are available for international orders, with delivery estimates beginning once the order ships from our Ohio warehouse:
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited: up to 10 business days
    • UPS Worldwide Saver: up to 7 business days
    • UPS Worldwide Express (Morning Delivery): up to 7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Tracking information is provided once the order ships from our Ohio warehouse.
