Phillips Industries STA-DRY Trailer Receptacle Lid Repair Kit

Broken socket lids expose electrical terminals to corrosion, and the Phillips Industries STA-DRY Trailer Receptacle Lid Repair Kit restores protective coverage on STA-DRY receptacle housings. This is a lid repair kit rather than a complete electrical receptacle, allowing the existing socket body and terminals to remain installed. The Phillips Industries 16-798 kit includes a gray composite lid, stainless steel hinge pin, and return spring sized specifically for STA-DRY housings. Once installed, the lid closes over the receptacle opening when the trailer cable is unplugged, reducing moisture and debris entry at the terminals. Stainless hinge components resist corrosion so the lid maintains closing tension instead of loosening or binding in service. Fitment is limited to Phillips STA-DRY sockets and does not apply to Socketbreaker or other receptacle series.
