Bendix Pressure Protection Valve
Accessory circuits such as air horns, seats, and suspensions are where the Bendix Pressure Protection Valve guards the brake system. It holds back air until the brake reservoirs reach a set pressure, then isolates the accessory if a leak drops its pressure. Fitting the Bendix 282133N ahead of an accessory keeps a leak there from draining the air the brakes need. A gauge reading during system charge shows whether the valve opens at its set point.
