PAI Female Power Divider Cam

The PAI Female Power Divider Cam transfers internal locking motion within Mack CRDPC 92 and 112 differentials using a fine spline, 25-tooth interface. This component works with the power divider lockout mechanism to control torque distribution between tandem drive axles when additional traction is required. When spline wear or internal cam damage affects engagement, axle synchronization can become inconsistent during load transitions or low-traction conditions. If traction control inside the differential begins to lag or disengage unpredictably, the PAI EM23830 brings the power divider mechanism back into proper mechanical operation.
