Bendix Air Brake Compressor
Restore strong air supply on Caterpillar C11 and C13 engines by installing the Bendix Air Brake Compressor in place of a unit that can no longer keep up. This BA-921 compressor is a single-cylinder, side-mount design built for those engines. The Bendix K056647 has a top air inlet, an M27 x 2 inlet port, and an M22 x 1.5 discharge port. On these Cat installations, a special crankcase cover sprays oil beneath the piston to help keep it cool.
