Euclid U-Bolt Assembly
Axle clamping work uses the Euclid U-Bolt Assembly when the suspension stack needs fresh round-bend hardware with matching nuts and washers. This Grade 8 assembly has a 5-inch width, 7.50-inch length, and 3/4-inch-16 thread size, so it is built around a specific clamping footprint instead of a one-size hardware approach. The U-bolt wraps the axle or suspension seat area while the nuts draw the hardware down into the stack. During suspension teardown, old U-bolts can stretch, rust, or lose thread quality after heavy clamp load, making reuse a weak choice. The Euclid E-UB8155-073 returns the H440 or H900 suspension connection to a fresh clamping package with the correct included hardware.
