Bendix Air Brake Foot Valve
For service at the driver-control point, the Bendix Air Brake Foot Valve provides the complete foot-operated assembly that begins a normal service-brake application. Pedal movement is translated directly into graduated pneumatic pressure, giving the driver a mechanical-to-air connection that changes output as more braking is requested. The Bendix 800970 carries that command into the primary control stage before relay valves distribute air farther through the system. This makes the assembly the right service focus when the problem is at pedal-operated pressure control rather than at a downstream delivery component.
