Bendix Spring Brake Modulating Valve
Preserve a controlled emergency stop by fitting the Bendix Spring Brake Modulating Valve to a dual-circuit air brake system. If the primary circuit loses pressure, this valve lets the driver release spring-brake hold-off air gradually through the foot valve, applying the spring brakes in proportion to pedal travel. A leaking or sticking valve can let spring brakes apply abruptly or not respond at all. The Bendix K021564 brings that graduated backup braking path back to the system.
