STEMCO Drive Axle Wheel End Gasket
Seal the axle shaft flange on Meritor Standard R wheel ends with the STEMCO Drive Axle Wheel End Gasket. This Type 1 gasket installs between the axle flange and hub to retain gear lubricant within the drive axle assembly. It is manufactured with eight bolt holes positioned on a 7-inch bolt circle to match standard 5/8-inch flange hardware. The gasket measures 6 inches at the inner diameter and 8-1/4 inches at the outer diameter to correspond with the specified hub opening. When torqued evenly across all eight fasteners, the STEMCO 330-3106 drive axle wheel end gasket compresses to limit lubricant seepage at the flange interface.
