Grote ABS Power Cord
Electrical connection between the tractor and trailer depends on the Grote ABS Power Cord, an UltraLink power cord built in a 15-foot coiled length with a 12-inch lead. This cable functions within the trailer ABS power circuit, where uninterrupted electrical flow is required for proper anti-lock braking communication and trailer system operation. Grote’s UltraLink design focuses on recoil memory and resistance to abrasion and chemicals, which matters in real-world trailer use. The coiled format keeps excess cable length controlled during turns and daily movement between tractor and trailer connections. Trailer ABS power setups that require this configuration use the Grote 87101 as the correct coiled cable.
