Electronic ABS decisions begin at the Bendix ABS Control Module, where wheel-speed information is interpreted and control commands are issued when wheel behavior calls for intervention. Because the module handles logic rather than pneumatic flow, a correct application match should be confirmed before valves or sensors are replaced around it. The Bendix K293818 serves as the dedicated ECU for that control position. This gives service teams a clear diagnostic focus when sensor inputs are present but the system is not processing or commanding ABS responses as expected.
