Bendix Foot Valve
A brake pedal that feels spongy or inconsistent between light and hard stops can trace to a worn foot valve rather than air in the lines, calling for the Bendix Foot Valve. Two internal pistons meter air pressure to the front and rear circuits in proportion to pedal travel, and worn seals let pressure bleed unevenly between them. The Bendix 802911 uses the same dual-circuit design and port layout as the valve it replaces, so both brake circuits reconnect without modification. A rebuilt foot valve brings back consistent, proportional pedal feel rather than one that reacts differently each stop.
