Meritor Reman Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder
The Meritor Reman Drum Brake Wheel Cylinder returns the expander section to a drum brake system without requiring a new full brake assembly. As a remanufactured expander, it is used when the brake’s actuating unit needs attention while the surrounding drum and shoe hardware are evaluated separately. This product sits at the force-delivery point inside the brake, where sealed movement and clean release are important after installation. In service, Meritor 201179X gives the shop a refreshed expander for drum brake repair.
