Bendix QR-1C Coreless Air Brake Quick Release Valve
The Bendix QR-1C Coreless air brake quick release valve is designed to serve the emergency side of a spring brake actuator and prevent a service and emergency brake application from occurring simultaneously. Because of these crucial functions, this remanufactured dual function valve is rebuilt following stringent processes to guarantee the highest level of quality and performance.
Features & Benefits
- Works as a double check valve and a quick release valve
- Often mounted on the axle and serves two spring brake actuators
- Delivers within 1 psi of control pressure to the controlled device in the standard configuration
- Comes with optional noise reducing foam crossers or silencers
- Can also come with biased double check valves
- Consists of one balance port, two delivery ports, and one supply port
- With a beaded seat cap nut and a bias design to prevent low differential leakage
- Rigorously tested to ensure maximum efficiency
