Bendix Air Reservoir Drain Valve
The Bendix Air Reservoir Drain Valve is the valve at the bottom of an air tank that releases collected water and oil. Daily draining keeps that moisture out of brake valves, and the Bendix 800079 makes the check quick when it opens and closes cleanly. A drain valve that sticks or leaks discourages drivers from draining, so moisture builds up unnoticed. Water or oil found at the drain is also an early warning that the dryer or compressor needs attention.
