Bendix Air Dryer Cartridge

The Bendix Air Dryer Cartridge holds the desiccant beads that pull moisture out of compressed air before it ever reaches the brake system's reservoirs. Those beads absorb moisture with every compressor cycle, and once they reach their absorption limit the cartridge stops protecting the system even though the housing keeps running. Replacing the cartridge on a regular schedule keeps desiccant capacity fresh instead of running it past the point it can still remove moisture. The Bendix 5013672 threads onto the original dryer base, so nothing else in the air dryer assembly needs to change.
