Stemco Hub Cap Assembly
Installed at the wheel hub opening, the Stemco Hub Cap Assembly helps contain lubricant within the wheel-end assembly. This containment allows grease to stay in contact with the bearings as rotation occurs, supporting smooth bearing motion. The cap forms a barrier that restricts lubricant loss while reducing exposure to dirt and moisture. By controlling the wheel-end environment, the hub cap contributes to stable lubrication throughout operation. The Stemco 340-4311 is used where bearing assemblies rely on retained grease within the hub.
