Automann Axle Torque Rod
Axle wind-up control comes from the Automann Axle Torque Rod linking the suspension to the axle housing. The fixed steel rod uses rubber-isolated bushing eyelets at both ends, creating a locating link that manages torque reaction during throttle and brake force. Its set length holds axle position relative to the suspension brackets, helping driveline angle stay within the intended range under changing load. The black finish covers the exposed rod body beneath the chassis, where road spray and debris contact suspension parts. Under chassis torque load, the Automann TMR68 keeps axle movement controlled through a fixed rod connection.
