3500044 ZeroStart Detroit International Engine Heater 1250W 120V 1-1/4" Plug
Engine Block Heaters are used to heat the engine block and engine fluids of gas and diesel vehicles as an aid to starting in cold weather. The heater is operated using standard household AC power and the heat generated is distributed throughout the engine by the convective flow of the warmed coolant. Agricultural, Industrial & Heavy Duty Applications: Detroit Diesel Series 40 (6.7 Liter 408 C.I.D., 7.6 Liter 466 C.I.D., 8.7 Liter 530 C.I.D.) Engines manufactured after August 1993. Replaces 1-1/4" plug in boss on Left side of engine. International/Navistar DT466 & DT570 (2004-2006), DT408, DT466, DT466E, 530, 570 (1994-2000). Replaces 1-1/4" freeze plug in boss on Left side of engine.
