Donaldson Primary Air Filter
The Donaldson Primary Air Filter is commonly installed in heavy-duty diesel engines operating in environments where airborne dust and debris are constantly drawn into the intake system. In construction trucks, agricultural machines, and highway tractors traveling through dry regions, intake air can carry extremely fine particulate matter capable of damaging cylinder walls and turbocharger blades. The Donaldson DBA5069 captures those contaminants before they reach sensitive engine components. Air drawn through the intake housing passes through the filter media where microscopic particles are trapped within the filtration layers. This process allows the engine to receive cleaner air for combustion while protecting internal engine surfaces from abrasion caused by airborne debris.
