A Snap Seal O-ring keeps moisture out of the housing, protecting the LED array from the corrosion that road spray and washouts cause in unsealed lights. Keeping that seal intact matters most on the wheel wells and lower body panels where road spray hits hardest. The BettsHD SR4FG453S runs on either 12V or 24V systems and includes reverse-polarity protection, so miswiring the connector doesn't damage the light.
