Fleetrite HVAC Motor Blower Resistor

The Fleetrite HVAC Motor Blower Resistor controls blower motor speed within the cab climate system. As the driver selects different fan settings, electrical current is routed through the resistor to adjust motor output. Each resistance level limits current flow to achieve stepped fan speeds. This allows airflow volume to change without altering motor direction. The resistor remains stationary within the HVAC housing while current passes through it. Heat generated during operation is dissipated into the surrounding airflow. The Fleetrite FLTAC3331879 manages blower speed changes within the HVAC electrical circuit.
