Bendix Air Brake Relay Valve
Stop slow, uneven release on a lagging rear axle by fitting the Bendix Air Brake Relay Valve. Internal seals wear with age and moisture, and a worn relay valve lets chamber air bleed out slowly instead of exhausting at once. That slow exhaust holds the brakes on longer than the driver intends, which heats the drums and wears the linings. Installing the Bendix 104574 and checking the air dryer at the same time keeps moisture from damaging the new valve.
