Bendix Trailer Brake Supply Valve
A manual push-pull control on the Bendix Trailer Brake Supply Valve lets a driver cut trailer air supply by hand, useful when parking or facing a supply-line problem. The Bendix 288239N threads into the same supply-line ports the valve it replaces used, so the tractor's air system reconnects without new fittings. Once reconnected, pulling that knob applies the trailer's spring brakes and closes the supply line, letting the driver isolate a leak without leaving the cab. Having manual control over trailer supply air lets the driver respond to a supply problem instead of waiting on an automatic system.
