Founded in 1971, Mityvac® manufactures automotive diagnostic, service, and repair tools used primarily for brake and clutch bleeding application and cooling system evacuation or refill application. It also offers an expansive line of hand vacuum/pressure pumps, fuel injection cleaners, and accessories for specialty tools and equipment. In 2009, it launched a new plastic handheld vacuum/pressure pump design, which is considered the first on the market using squeezing action/stroke of the handles to produce vacuum and pressure.
