Bendix Air Brake Pressure Indicator

Tied into the brake-system air supply, the Bendix Air Brake Pressure Indicator warns the driver whenever pressure falls below a safe minimum for normal operation. This LP-3 indicator closes its contacts at 70 psi, plus or minus 6 psi, switching on a dash buzzer, a warning light, or both. The Bendix 280530N threads into the system through a 1/4-inch NPT supply fitting. Its operation is easy to confirm by bleeding down system pressure with the ignition on and watching for the warning to appear.
