Bendix Air Brake Dryer Valve Kit
When an AD-9 dryer has a purge-section problem but the main dryer body remains serviceable, the Bendix Air Brake Dryer Valve Kit lets the technician focus on that operating section. The Bendix 800405 also uses a white Metri-Pack 280 Series 2-way sealed connector and an open purge exhaust. Its soft-seat purge design works with a 12V, 75W heater so collected moisture can be exhausted while the heater remains ready for cold-weather operation. Taken together, those details let the shop renew the AD-9 purge section while leaving a serviceable dryer body in place.
