Bendix Relay Valve
A trailer or pusher axle applying noticeably softer than the rest can point to a relay valve losing pressure, calling for the Bendix Relay Valve. The Bendix 800471 rebuilds that piston and seal assembly to the same tolerances as new, so output pressure matches pilot signal the way the system was calibrated. That rebuild matters because the piston should open fully in proportion to the pilot signal, and a worn or sticking one can restrict flow even under full signal pressure. A rebuilt relay valve brings that axle's brake force back in line with the rest.
