IMPCO Converter

The IMPCO Converter is a high-performance two-stage regulator and vaporizer designed specifically for heavy-duty LPG and CNG engines. Serving as the primary pressure-control center for the fuel system, it converts liquid propane into vapor while minimizing pressure fluctuations to ensure a stable air-fuel mixture. The IMPCO COBRA-IMP is typically pre-installed with an orange secondary spring to maintain a -0.5 inch w.c. pressure setting, making it a direct-fit replacement for Clark and Caterpillar forklift applications. Built to rigorous industrial standards, this unit features a fluorosilicone diaphragm that prevents chemical degradation and eliminates the intermittent stalling issues common in low-temperature or high-debris environments.
