If you have an account, type in your username and password. If you are a new customer, click the Signup link and complete the form to be assigned a username and password.

Track Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Click on the tracking number and follow the instructions to get the up to date information on your shipment.

Shipping and Freight

When progressing through the order checkout, please select your preferred shipping method (Please note that in some cases only specific carriers are allowed). Shipping costs will vary based on distance, weight, and dimensions and weight.

In some cases, these variables may not be available and will void the original shipping quote. If this should happen our customer service team will contact you to provide an updated shipping quote. A new authorization may be required to continue.

Upon completion of any order your card will be pre-authorized. A pre-authorization is a verification that the funds are available in your account. The funds will not be transferred until your order is processed and submitted for shipment.

In the event of a pricing or availability error, FinditParts will contact you and provide you with the following options: (1) to proceed with the order based on the corrected information; or (2) to cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it as an incorrect item. Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect part because of an error by FinditParts, we will pay the return freight as well as the freight cost to resend the correct part.

Cancellation Policy

FinditParts strives to exceed our customers' expectations with the broadest offering, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. We will ship most orders on the same day the order is received. Therefore, please contact customer service immediately to cancel an order. If we have already shipped your product, please refer to our Customer Return Policy.

Customer Error or Identification Error

If the part was not special ordered, we will accept returns up to 30 days after invoice date. You must receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service for credit to be issued. The return freight charges will be at the customers expense and a 20% restock fee will be assessed.

Defective Merchandise (Warranty)

Any defective merchandise return must be pre-authorized using an RGA from our customer service team. Once you have been given the RGA number, credit will not be issued until the defective part has passed inspection and if need be, inspected by the original manufacturer. We strive to be customer friendly and will be cooperative in assisting in the evaluation of the defective part.


We authorize your credit card for the order total at the time of checkout. When the order is processed and submitted to the warehouse, we will finalize the charge. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon and wire transfers for all orders placed in the U.S. and Canada. For International orders we accept PayPal or wire transfers. Orders with a Lead Time

If there is a lead time for your order, you will be notified when the order is confirmed. If you have agreed to the lead time and wish to continue with the order, your card will be charged at the time the order is processed. Lead Time orders cannot be cancelled until the stated lead time has expired.

Change of Address on an Order

Once an order has been processed and sent to the warehouse, we cannot change the address.
