Motorcraft Wheel Seal
The Motorcraft Wheel Seal forms a barrier between internal mechanical components and the surrounding environment. Installed between mating surfaces, it prevents lubricants or fluids from escaping the component housing. It presses into the housing bore where the sealing lip contacts the rotating or stationary surface. This contact keeps internal lubrication inside the assembly while blocking contaminants from entering. Within the assembly where it is installed, the Motorcraft BRS189 serves as the sealing point for internal fluids.
