An uneven brake application doesn’t always mean a full camshaft replacement is needed. The Automann Air Brake Camshaft Repair Kit restores damaged components in the brake camshaft assembly without swapping the entire shaft. Inside the S-cam bracket, bushings and seals take the brunt of daily cycles and are often the first to fail. When that happens, brakes may drag, feel inconsistent, or produce abnormal noise. The Automann 110.2010 contains the necessary sleeves, bushings, washers, and seals to rebuild the pivot points and retain correct camshaft rotation.
