- Helps provide respiratory protection at concentrations up to 10 x the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) when respirator is properly fitted
- Sleek, overmolded/low-profile design helps to give a wide field of view that suits compact work spaces and simplifies cleaning
- Resilient silicone faceseal offers an extended facepiece life, even keeping its shape in high-heat environments
- Facepiece offers numerous other comfort features including a special valve cover that helps to direct exhaled breath and moisture downward and 3M's proprietary Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve that helps to make breathing easier by reducing heat and moisture
- Made to fit securely and comfortably on the head, the facepiece comes with an adjustable head harness assembly featuring polyester/spandex straps that maintain elasticity for lasting performance
- Facepiece is compatible with all 3M bayonet-style filters and cartridges to help provide respiratory protection against a variety of gases, vapors, and particulate hazards according to NIOSH approvals
- The 6500QL Series features a proprietary Quick Latch design offering an easy, one-hand touch drop-down mechanism for putting the facepiece on and off while moving in and out of contaminated areas. NIOSH/MSHA Approved
