- This disposable Q.E.D. alcohol screen test is included in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) conforming products list of alcohol screen devices
- A set of instructions to help properly administer the test is included in each carton
- 49 CFR §40.211 and §40.213 require that the technician performing DOT alcohol tests must have training in the use of the specific device, along with an understanding of DOT protocols
- After 2 minutes the test indicates a reading of BAC % detected and the results are stable for 15 minutes
- Control Solution used to perform a Quality Assurance Procedure (QAP) on the Q.E.D. A150 Saliva Alcohol Screen Test is also available separately
- Each test is expiration dated (12 months from date of manufacture
- Sold in boxes of 10 tests per box
