Bendix Air Brake Dryer
On a truck in a humid climate, the Bendix Air Brake Dryer works harder than in dry conditions, since more moisture enters the compressor each intake cycle. Desiccant inside removes moisture from the compressed air stream headed to the reservoirs, and desiccant past its service life reaches its absorption limit faster in humid conditions than dry ones. Keeping the dryer serviced on schedule matters most if your routes run through humid climates. The compressor's air lines reconnect without rerouting, since the Bendix 5011075 mounts using the same base and fittings as the original dryer.
