The Meritor Transmission Clutch Kit stabilizes high-torque engine output to ensure smooth manual gear engagement. Regular wear on clutch friction pads reduces their holding power during heavy hauling, which leads to minor slip and driveline vibration. Positioning the Meritor MAF-108925-25 directly into the commercial drivetrain restores full power transfer with a high 2,050 foot-pounds of torque capacity. This rigid 15.5-inch connection works alongside an included pre-lubricated throwout bearing to enable clean gear releases with minimal pedal effort.
