Excessive frame chatter and worn cab mounts can lead to body sag, door misalignment, and increased vibration inside the cab, which is why the Automann Body Mount Bushing helps restore stable cab support and ride comfort. It is made with a high-density elastomeric cushion bonded around a threaded steel sleeve that provides secure mounting between the cab and frame. Worn cab mount bushings can allow unnecessary movement that places additional stress on surrounding cab panels and mounting points. Replacing worn mounts with the Automann MTB160 helps restore proper cab height on Kenworth trucks while reducing vibration transferred into the passenger compartment.
