Air-Flexx valve extensions are flexible but rigid enough to be used without a rim holder, clamp or stabilizer saving time and money. The extension withstands severe cold and heat without becoming brittle. The plastic casting will not corrode. The pin in extension opens the tire valve only when checking pressure or inflating. If the extension is cut in half or broke no pressure is lost from the tire.
