Engine accessories depend on drive belts, and the Bando V-Belt transfers rotation from the crankshaft to connected components. Its V-shaped profile grips pulley grooves so engine motion can power accessories such as alternators, pumps, and compressors. As the pulleys rotate, the belt circulates around the drive system and keeps these parts operating in sync with engine speed. Moreover, the belt continues guiding rotational movement as the accessory drive system turns during engine operation. When dealing with engines that rely on a V-belt accessory drive setup, the Bando 2380 functions as the accessory drive belt used in that configuration.
