The Firestone Air Spring supports suspension load on a cushion of compressed air while allowing movement through travel. Its 1T15M-0 reversible sleeve design lets the bellows flex during compression and rebound without losing the air chamber needed for spring action. Used in heavy-duty suspension service, it crosses to multiple OEM and aftermarket applications. That pneumatic spring function helps carry weight while reducing the direct transfer of road input into the chassis. Between the frame and suspension member, the Firestone W013589039 provides the air spring element that supports and cushions the suspension.
