Bendix Air Dryer Purge Valve Kit
An AD-9 dryer that blows air constantly from its purge port, or one that never purges at all, usually has a worn purge valve, and the Bendix Air Dryer Purge Valve Kit supplies the fix. The kit provides a 12-volt soft-seat purge valve with an integrated heater, along with the hardware to mount it. Rebuilding with the Bendix 5004341 brings back a clean open-and-seal cycle each time the compressor unloads. The heater keeps the purge valve from freezing, so the dryer keeps expelling water through winter.
