DAYCO 5120843 Part Description
Manufacturer
Product Description
POLY RIB BELT, DAYCO
Features & Benefits
- Keeps the belt following the pulley path as engine speed changes
- Tension service renews belt traction when wear begins reducing reliable accessory drive
- Distributes accessory-drive force across a broad pulley contact area
- Belt routing carries crankshaft rotation through multiple grooved pulleys in one continuous route
Dayco Serpentine Belt
Twelve ribs give the Dayco Serpentine Belt a broad contact surface for heavy-duty accessory drives on applications including Volvo, Freightliner, and International vehicles. That wide ribbed profile spreads drive force across multiple pulley grooves as the belt powers engine accessories. EPDM construction and aramid reinforcement give the Dayco 5120843 flexibility and tensile strength under repeated bending. Your heavy-duty vehicle's installed pulleys determine whether its 12-rib width and application are right for stable tracking and tension through the accessory drive.
