Fleetguard Fuel Water Separator
Fuel systems used on modern HPCR engines require fine particle control before fuel reaches high-pressure components, and the Fleetguard Fuel Water Separator is built around that requirement. This filter uses Fleetguard’s NanoNet synthetic media, arranged in multiple layers to capture very small particulate matter within the element rather than at the surface. The media structure is engineered to retain fine debris consistently as fuel flow rates and pressure fluctuate. Unlike blended or cellulose-based materials, the synthetic construction avoids fiber shedding that could circulate downstream. The Fleetguard FS20028 separator is specified for applications where injector and pump tolerances demand tighter filtration control.
