Meritor Steering King Pin Set

The Meritor Steering King Pin Set establishes a durable pivot interface within steer axle assemblies using a 1.499-inch diameter king pin measuring 7.511 inches in length. Its composite (ream) bushings incorporate EZI Steer low-friction material that enhances steering response compared to traditional bushing types. A heavy-duty seal retains lubricant while shielding internal surfaces from contaminants, and its multiple-groove design allows thorough flushing during routine greasing. When front-end play, uneven tire wear, or vague steering feedback become noticeable, the Meritor R201474 offers a complete king pin solution.
