Euclid Spindle Nut
The Euclid Spindle Nut secures the drive axle spindle position with an inner nut sized for heavy-duty wheel-end hardware. Its 2-5/8-inch inside diameter, 2-5/8-inch-12 thread, 3/8-inch thickness, and 3-1/2-inch hex give it a specific wheel-end fastening profile. The nut works inside the spindle hardware stack, where thread fit and wrench contact both matter during hub service. If the old nut has damaged flats, rough threads, or signs of repeated over-tightening, the spindle setup can lose the clean adjustment point needed during reassembly. For Euclid E-6142, the drive axle wheel end receives the correct inner spindle nut for the fastening stack.
