Mack Ignition Starter Switch

The Mack Ignition Starter Switch controls electrical power flow between the battery and vehicle systems. When the key is turned, internal contacts close specific circuits to energize accessories, ignition functions, and the starter motor. Each key position triggers a different electrical pathway, allowing staged system activation. Once the engine starts, the switch transitions back to the run position to maintain power delivery. Electrical engagement changes instantly with key movement. The switch is mounted in the cab and accessed directly by the driver.
