Alemite Vents are used with transmissions, speed reducers, axles, gear housings and similar applications. The vent is placed above normal lubrication level to allow air to escape when internal pressure rises.
FEATURES:
- Exceeds 72 hour salt spray test
- Trivalent zinc plating
- Vent opens at designated pressure (see table)
- Helps to prevent fluid leakage
- Special cap prevents water or dirt from entering
