Meritor MTIS Press Plug Kit
The Meritor MTIS Press Plug Kit works in tire inflation system service where the axle-end press plug and O-ring need replacement during hub or MTIS repair. The kit includes adhesive and belongs on wheel ends using Meritor tire inflation hardware, where sealing and air passage control matter around the plug location. If the press plug is damaged, missing, or disturbed during service, the tire inflation path can lose the closed interface it depends on. Trailer axle MTIS work gets a refreshed plug point through Meritor 3218401A at the wheel-end inflation system connection.
